Requesting Account Deletion

At StockPulse (developed by Evolvarc), we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

Steps to Delete Your Account

To request account deletion, please send an email to our support team:

Subject: Account Deletion Request - [Your Registered Email]

Note: Please send the email from the address registered with your StockPulse account to verify ownership.

Data Deletion & Retention

What data will be deleted?

Upon processing your request, the following information will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Authentication Data: Your email address and login credentials via Supabase Auth.
  • Personal Preferences: Any names or profile settings provided.
  • App Data: Your custom watchlists, favorited stocks, and alert preferences.
  • Usage History: Logged interactions and notification delivery records.

What data do we keep?

We do not retain any personal data after the deletion process is complete. Some non-identifiable, aggregated analytical data may remain in our logs (e.g., total number of users) but will no longer be associated with you.

Processing Time

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days of receiving your request.
